REFUND POLICY
Any damaged or defective merchandise may be returned to Apyre® National Cremation Services Inc. within 30 calendar days of ordering at no charge to the customer. Upon verification of the damage or defect, Apyre® National Cremation Services Inc. will ship a replacement item at no cost to the customer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Apyre® National Cremation Services Inc. and to return the damaged or defective merchandise within 30 calendar days of ordering. Any used merchandise or personalized goods are not eligible for a refund unless a determination can be made that the merchandise was damaged or defective.
Any unused merchandise, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped to the customer, may be returned within 30 calendar days of ordering for a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred by Apyre® National Cremation Services Inc. The customer is responsible to ensure return of the item within 30 days of ordering and for shipping costs to return the merchandise to Apyre® National Cremation Services Inc.
