Dora H. Szymanski

Dora H. Szymanski, age 94, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico, Dora was one of eleven children, growing up with nine sisters and one brother. She carried the values of family, compassion, and resilience throughout her life and shared them generously with everyone she met.

Dora is now reunited with her beloved husband, Alfred Szymanski, and her beloved son, Alfred Szymanski, both of whom she missed dearly.

She is survived by her devoted son, William Szymanski; her cherished grandchildren, William, Brittney, and Mitchell; and her beloved dog, Nikki, who brought her much comfort and companionship.

Dora was also deeply loved by Rosie Acevedo, who became a treasured member of the family. Rosie's kindness, compassion, and devoted care brought Dora comfort and happiness, and their bond will always be remembered with love and gratitude.

Dora will be remembered for her unwavering love, extraordinary kindness, and gentle spirit. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Her selflessness, warmth, and dedication to family left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Those who knew Dora will remember her for her forgiving heart, her generosity, and the unconditional love she shared with her family and friends.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those fortunate enough to have experienced her love and kindness. Though she will be deeply missed, the lessons she taught through her compassion and the love she gave so freely will remain with her family forever.

In accordance with Dora's wishes, a private service will be held with immediate family and close friends.
