Obituary

In Loving Memory of Charles Minetti Sr.

April 13, 1955 – June 26, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles "Charlie" Minetti Sr., who passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, at the age of 71.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Charlie was a hardworking entrepreneur whose determination, integrity, and generosity earned him the respect and admiration of everyone who knew him.

Charlie shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Lynn, building a home filled with laughter, love, and unwavering support. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Together, Charlie and Lynn raised three sons, who were his greatest pride, and nothing brought Charlie more happiness than spending time with his family. Whether celebrating life's milestones or simply enjoying everyday moments, his greatest joy came from those he loved most.

Charlie had a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. Whether spending sunny days at the beach, fishing on the water, tending to his beautiful garden, or enjoying his cherished ice runs, he embraced every moment with enthusiasm. He had a lifelong love of animals, never hesitating to care for those in need, and his gentle heart extended to every creature he met.

A dedicated community member, Charlie spent many years coaching Little League, helping shape not only young athletes but also teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. The lessons he shared reached far beyond the baseball field.

Those who knew Charlie will remember his warm smile, steady presence, generous spirit, quick wit, and the genuine kindness he showed to everyone. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the countless memories that will forever be cherished.

Charlie is survived by his beloved wife, Lynn, with whom he shared 49 wonderful years of marriage; his loving sons, CJ and his wife Kimberly, Christopher and his wife Jena, and Corey and his wife Danielle; his cherished grandchildren, Chace, Lucia, Sophia, Sadie, Liliana, and Joseph; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

Though he will be profoundly missed, his love, wisdom, and example will remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

"A life well lived leaves a legacy of love that never fades.
