June 22,1960-November 16,2023 Richard "Ricky" Boutillette, 63, of Stroudsburg, PA passed away November 16th at his home. He was born in Passaic, NJ June 22, 1960. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and freind. Ricky was a great carpenter and roofer. He loved dirt bikes and fishing. He spent many family vacations at Twin Falls campgrounds riding four wheelers on the fire trails and fishing on the Delaware River. He cared so deeply for the people around him. He was so giving and kind. He made an impact on many lives. He will be forever missed. Until we meet again... His Ceremony of Life will be held at the Cinder Inn 91 Mill Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 December 3rd 12-3
