Norma Fay McCoy December 16,2024 "Not more than I love you" Norma was born in St. Charles, Missouri to Elmer Francis Bartch and Mahala Jane Bell. Norma graduated high school and went on to join the military where she was honorably discharged and is a veteran. Norma is proceeded in death by her father, step-father Jim, as well as brothers Earl Thomas Bartch, Emmett Taylor Bartch, and Elmer Timothy Bartch. Norma leaves behind her mother, Mahala Jane Bartch, sister Tenna Bartch Libla, brother-in-law Bill Libla, and nephew Justin Ryan Libla. In her immediate family, Norma leaves behind her ex-husband, James McCoy, two sons, Toussaint Dupree and James McCoy, and his daughter Jaiyme Faye. As well as Norma's daughter Candace McCoy and her second grandchild, "Nana's Baby" Mhaleya McCoy. You will be forever loved and missed.
