In Loving Memory of William Francis Summers

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bill, who passed away on August 1, 2026 at the age of 67. Born on February 9, 1959 in Flemington, NJ, Bill was the beloved son of Frank Augustus Summers II and Marie Lyth (Jorgensen) Summers.

Bill was the Captain of the Voorhees High School Football team referred as “Cap”. He was a proud member of the High Bridge Fire Department & Bloomsbury Hose Company, where he served his community with honor. He owned Summers Construction specializing in meticulous residential custom work and upgrades.

Bill is survived by his daughters Sarah Summers, Melissa Grube (Bradley), Cassandra Summers (James Stuckey), Emily Pfeiffer (Kristopher), son Bryan Summers, brothers Frank Summers III, Peter Summers, Christopher Summers, sister Julea Bishop (Drew), grandchildren Cole, Aleksia, Wesley, Luke, Julianna, Rylea, and Delaney, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by parents Frank Summers II, Marie (Jorgensen) Summers, and brother James Summers.

A small celebration of life will be held for close family and friends at a later date.
