Obituary

April 27, 1931 – June 3, 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Stella Rita Pulsone, who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 95 in Mount Ephraim, New Jersey.

Born on April 27, 1931, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Stella was the beloved daughter of Gennaro Forcillo and Agnes Eyrich 'Forcillo'. She spent her entire life in Southwest Philadelphia, where she became known and loved by many for her vibrant personality, warm heart, and outgoing spirit.

A true social butterfly, Stella cherished spending time with family, friends, and neighbors. She had a special love for the Philadelphia Mummers and found great joy in line dancing at local senior centers. Whether on the dance floor or at a neighborhood gathering, Stella's energy and enthusiasm for life were impossible to miss.

In her younger years, Stella worked as a security officer at Philadelphia International Airport. Beyond her career, she was always willing to lend a helping hand to those around her. Her kindness, generosity, and caring nature touched countless lives and left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Stella is survived by her brother, John Forcillo of New Jersey, and her sister, Marie Serge of Pennsylvania, along with many loving relatives and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Valentino Pulsone, and her sisters, Josephine Cifuni and Agnes Latch.

Family and friends will remember Stella for her spunky personality, boundless energy, and love of staying active. She delighted in bringing friends and family to the dance center she enjoyed so much and was always eager to share a laugh, a conversation, or a dance. Stella was one of the most outgoing, compassionate, and caring people anyone could hope to know.

Though she will be deeply missed, Stella's legacy of friendship, kindness, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Her love, wisdom, and vibrant presence will be forever cherished.

Memorial Services will be announced at a future date.
