Judith Thorson, 89, of Whitehall, PA, passed away on April 5, 2026. Born on September 10, 1936, she was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Judith was preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Thorson, her brother Hugh Edward Van Dine and her mother Sylva Makos. She is survived by her children: John C. Thorson Jr., Heather Slate (Chip), Linda Misialek (Paul), Kyle Thorson (Kim), Dale Thorson (Patricia), and Scott Thorson (Fran), along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A retired nurse, Judith dedicated many years of her life to caring for others, leaving a lasting impact in the healthcare field. She will be remembered for her strength, determination, and the lasting impact she had on her family.

Judith’s family will always remember her as a steady presence, someone who shaped their lives in countless ways. Her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held by her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
