Obituary

Jon Golen,age 80,of Bethlehem,PA, passed away February 24,2025.He was born on March 17, 1944 in Germany to Jon and Stella Golen. Jon grew up in Manville,NJ and attended Manville High School before entering the Military serving in the Army in Vietnam.

Jon was a devoted single father who provided love, guidance and support to his two daughter's, Stacy and Kelly. His unwavering commitment to his girls defined him, and his memory forever be cherished by them.

Jon was predeceased in death by his mother Stella Golen and father Jon Golen and ex-wife Shirley Carmon

Jon is survived by his daughter, Stacy Androshick and her husband Mark. His daughter, Kelly Cusumano and her husband James. Grandchild, Cody Bruckmann (fiancé Carly) and Great Grandchild, Nova Bailey. Grandchild, Dylan Golen, Grandchild, Megan Bruckmann (fiancé Isaac). Great Grandchildren, Nala Carter, Jasiah Malcom, Ezekiel Amari. Grandchild, Devyn Cusumano (fiancé Zachary) Great Grandchild, Gianna Marie. His sister, Sophie Golen. And his fur babies, Autumn,Kora,and Grendel.

Jon was a firm believer that everyday was meant to be an adventure. From fishing in the valley party boats down the shore. He would hit golf balls for hours just to be outside. Hes spent countless hours with his grandchildren in Keansburg on the Boardwalk and playing arcade games. He loved flea markets and yard sales spending hours searching for gems. Jon’s last 3 years revolved around the dogs. From throwing frisbees for Autumn to soakng up the sun on the deck with her or just spending countless hours playing solitaire or watching TV while doing Word Search books while cuddling with the dogs on his bed. John was a man of many things, and a family man was one of them.

There will be no services at this time. His wishes were to have services at Fort Indiantown Gap Cemetery. This will be held at a later date.
