Wayne Robert Mancha, 65, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 26th, 2024. Born August 5th, 1958, in Hanover, he was the cherished son of the late Robert and Anna Mancha, brother to the late Tony Mancha. Wayne dedicated over 40 years of his life to his career as a mechanic, a job that was also his passion. His love for working on cars was matched for his love of music, particularly his bass guitar. He frequently played alongside his buddies in various bands, bringing joy to many with his performances. A devoted family man, Wayne is survived by a loving circle of family including his sister Debbie Wolicki, brother-in-law Steve Wolicki, sister-in-law Karen Mancha, daughter Tiffany Smith and her husband Jed, son Steven Mancha and his wife Kayla, along with 5 grandsons Aiden, Elliott, Braxton, Austin, and Weston. A service to celebrate Wayne’s life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Black Rock Church of the Brethren. 3864 Glenville Road, Glenville, PA, 17329. The service will be officiated by Pastor Rev. Brandon Grady. Visitation is scheduled from 10am-11am at the church, followed by the service. Graveside ashes ceremony details will follow the service. For those wishing to send floral tributes, they can be accepted at the Black Rock Church of the Brethren on Friday, July 12, 2024, and the morning of Saturday, July 13, 2024. Wayne will be remembered not only for his skilled hands and dedication as a mechanic but also for the warmth and joy he brought to his family and friends through his music and companionship. He leaves behind a legacy of love, commitment, and the melodies that echoed the soundtrack of his life. His presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
