He is predeceased by his father, Chief Victor S. II, his mother Carolin Knowles and his sister Michelle A. Knowles. Victor is survived by his sister Sharon M, Horvath and her two daughters Jaclyn and Nicole, his brother William Knowles and his wife Amanda, his sister Megan Knowles and her son Legend V. Knowles, and his long time girlfriend, Monica Yates. Victor had a love for cars, construction work and loved to help his family. He was loved by all and will truly be missed.
