Mahaffey, Thomas J., 66, of Maywood, New Jersey passed away after fighting a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) on Friday, February 26, 2021. He was born in Newark and was a lifelong resident of Maywood and Hackensack. Tommy graduated from Hackensack High School in 1972 and made a career as a self-employed carpet installer. He is survived by his brother, James Mahaffey, sister, Kathleen Edreich, seven nieces, one great-niece and three great-nephews. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
