Steven Festa, 45 years of age, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at St. Clair’s Hospital, Denville NJ. Steven was born November 23, 1971 in Pequannock NJ to Bill and Kathie (Culleny) Festa. He was a 1990 graduate from Montville High School. Steven lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures of spending time with his children and visiting with his mother. He enjoyed making her big breakfast on the weekends and making her dinner when she got home from work. Steven lived for taking his children fishing, he taught them to cook and enjoyed sharing his love of food with them, building model cars and airplanes, building ice castles in the snow, and 4-wheeling. Steven is survived by his three children, Morgan (14), Jordan (7), and Steven (6), his parents Bill and Kathie, siblings Bill and Christine Festa, Shannon and Scott Beams, and Ariel and Josh Petruzzielo. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, family members and friends. Steven shared a very close relationship with his cousin Michael and Uncle John. Services will be held on Saturday, January 7th starting with a viewing at 1pm, mass immediately following at 2pm, followed by a reception at 3pm. All services will be held at St. Joseph’s Church (216 Comly Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ).
