Eloy was born December 7, 1975 in Ponce, PR but was raised in Guanica, PR. He then in 1994 moved to Waterbury, CT and lived this past year in Phillipsburg, NJ. He loved his current job which was OandM Engineering and his favorite hobby was to go fishing. Eloy is survived by his only daughter Frances Marie Rodriguez of Waterbury, CT, granddaughter Makenzie Joelynn Robinson of Waterbury, CT, brother Adrian Rodriguez Jr. of Guanica, PR, sister Sandra Rodriguez of Guanica, PR, several nieces and nephews, mother Sandra Jusino of Guanica, PR and deceased father Adrian Rodriguez of Guanica, PR. Eloy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and son.
