Darla Marie Yaskiewicz, unexpectedly passed away peacefully on February 2nd 2022 with the comfort of her loved ones. Darla Marie born to Anthony J. Yaskiewicz and Theresa Deats-Williams, took her first breath on November 6th, 1967. A pure heart was born that day. In life we must pursue faith, righteousness, love and peace because our journey is not without hardship and pain. The journey between her past and present was a remarkable one. Darla enjoyed pastimes such as music and dancing in her early age and as she grew into her teenage years, her focus then shifted to her career in nursing and to her hobbies of traveling, reading books, visiting the towns farmers market with her mother, spiritual healing and spending time with her family. She was a mother and daughter who honestly enjoyed the presence of her family. She was a brave woman and our family was blessed to have her. Our family will forever remember her beautiful moments and laugh. Darla was predeceased by her beloved grandmother Katherine Deats and her half sister Crystal Yaskiewicz. She leaves behind her mother who was her dearest best friend, three children, eight grandchildren, five siblings, her father and the love of her life and consistent supporter Daryl S. Widder. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Darla’s name to Domestic Violence Service Center, Juvenile Law Center and or local food and housing services.
