Walter E. Chartier, 88, Jackson, NJ passed away on 16 December 2024 at 11:25 PM. Walter was predeceased by his parents Frank and Mildred, sister Martha, brothers Frank, William, Joseph and grandson Michael. He is survived by his wife and soul mate Lorraine, daughters Dawn, Denise and Debby, son in law Nelson, grandchildren Richared, Tiffany, Jabiel and Candace, great grandchildren Jonathan and Catalina, sister Betty Ann and numerous other family members, including many "adoptive" children. Walter was a "jack of all trades" with his last trade owning his own home improvement company. Walter was always the life of the party and could make everyone laugh. He was truly the best husband and father to his girls making sure they always had what they needed, even in the tough times. Besides his family, Walter loved fishing, hunting, cars and auctions/flea markets. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a charitable contribution can be made to the Deborah Foundation for Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
