Michael Petritsch passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 75. He was a proud Vietnam War veteran who served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Intrepid. Michael was a long-standing member of the American Legion Post 12, Somerville New Jersey for 54 years. Michael retired from Wel-Don Concrete after 25 years of employment. Michael was born on March 30, 1949 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife, Edna Petritsch, and their cherished son, Michael Petritsch Jr and spouse Rebecca Petritsch. Michael is also survived by his beloved mother, Henrietta Matuszkiewicz of Bethel, PA. Michael is one of four siblings, including his sister's Michelle Kuhn, husband Jack, Anne Harold, husband Scott and his dear brother John Matuszkiewicz. Michael is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Michael will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
